
Matthew Stanford
Matt Stanford is 55 year old Galvestonian employed at St Vincent’s House as Director of Programs though he serves in other capacities. A trained actor who has performed in many productions including a lead roles in Othello at Houston’s Main Street Theatre, Matt began his playwright career in 1995 with the production of a play called “The History of Black Folk.” He has authored several productions since then in the Galveston and Houston areas and is currently working on a series of environmental pieces that address the hazards of toxins in the soil possibly spread by Hurricane Ike flood waters. Matthew is a 10 year Air Force veteran and happily married family man enjoying helping raise Grandchildren.
