WE ACT for Environmental Justice<\/span><\/h3>\r\nFounded in 1988 as West Harlem Environmental Action Inc., WE ACT for Environmental Justice is a community-based organization fighting to build healthy communities by ensuring that people of color and low-income participate meaningfully in the creation of sound and fair environmental policies and practices.
