The first is <a href=\"https:\/\/weact.org\/get-involved\/become-a-member\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organizing<\/a>, which WE ACT uses to develop community-based solutions and build the power needed to enact them. The second is Research, leading community-based participatory research and working with academic partners to better understand the issues and potential solutions. The third is <a href=\"https:\/\/weact.org\/get-involved\/ehjlt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Education<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/weact.org\/get-involved\/worker-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Training<\/a>, which are used to better inform members, allies, and elected officials as well as to develop new leaders for the movement and provide skills training to keep jobs generated by our advocacy efforts \u2013 such as solar installation \u2013 within the community.
