The Court has ONCE AGAIN embraced big polluters\u2019 extreme demands and dramatically narrowed the scope of the Clean Water Act, undoing protections that have safeguarded communities and American waters for more than 50 years. This decision places our communities, public health, and local ecosystems in danger \u2013 especially environmental justice communities, which are most burdened by pollution and intensifying climate disasters.
