Sweeping cuts on vacant positions and lack of ambitious investments in agencies crucial to confronting these issues will hinder progress toward a cleaner, greener, healthier New York. We urge the Mayor to center justice in all environmental and climate initiatives and provide the funding needed for them to succeed.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mayor Adam\u2019s 2024 Preliminary Budget is available<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/office-of-the-mayor\/news\/028-23\/mayor-adams-releases-preliminary-budget-fiscal-year-2024#\/0\"> here<\/a>.
