Washington, D.C \u2014 Yesterday, Donald Trump signed two executive actions to advance the Dakota Access Pipeline and Keystone XL. In response, WE ACT\u2019s Federal Policy Director Dr. Adrienne Hollis<\/strong> issued the following statement:<\/p>\r\n

\u201cWith a few strokes of a pen, Donald Trump has attempted to reverse what has been one of the most successful grassroots movements for environmental and climate justice in history. His actions will put billions at risk from climate change, and threaten tribal sovereignty, sacred land, and community health. While we know that few permanent jobs will be created through the construction of both pipelines, Trump\u2019s administration has falsely toted this as a jobs creator.
