Louise “Weezie” Foster leads the Government Affairs team in WE ACT for Environmental Justice’s Federal Policy Office. Prior to joining WE ACT, Weezie was Senior Policy Advisor to a senior Democratic US Senator. She has five years of substantive policymaking experience in Congress on environment, climate, conservation, and transportation in Congress. She holds a MPA in Energy and Environment from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a BA in History and Philosophy from Kenyon College. She and her husband, Max, are from Baltimore, MD.
