WASHINGTON – Peggy Shepard, Executive Director and Co-Founder of WE ACT for Environmental Justice, has been named a member of the Democratic National Committee’s Environment and Climate Council’s Platform Committee. This committee is tasked with developing recommendations for the climate, environment, and energy planks of the 2020 Democratic Party Platform.
