Before joining WE ACT, she worked at a non-profit organization, where she designed accessible opportunities for diverse populations and organized impactful events and workshops to deliver vital resources and education to underserved communities.
She is proud, born-and-raised New Yorker who thrives on building connections and empowering individuals to create meaningful change in their communities. With a diverse professional background, Marciely has mentored individuals with intellectual disabilities and managed complex program activities, always with a focus on inclusion and equality.
