There has been a lot of confusion and misinformation about the current outbreak of Legionnaires Disease in Harlem, which has now claimed its seventh life. WE ACT and the Upper Manhattan Tenants Union will be hosting a community teach-in to provide some clarity and discuss how we can reduce the risk of future outbreaks.
