Jordana Vanderselt

Jordana Vanderselt, MPH (she/her) is the Director of Environmental Health at WE ACT for Environmental Justice. She leads WE ACT’s research and education efforts to improve quality of life and environmental health outcomes in communities of color and low-income communities at the local, state, and federal levels. Prior to joining the Environmental Health team, she co-led the Region 2 EPA funded WE ACT TCTAC, which provided technical assistance and training to environmental justice communities to build capacity for securing grant funding. She received her MPH from Tulane University with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health, and her BA from Tulane in Environmental Studies. As a public health professional, Jordana has worked in the fields of clinical health education, sexual and reproductive health, substance use, and child abuse with a focus on better serving populations that experience co-occurring and cumulative health risks.
