Join us on Saturday, May 3rd from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, located at 454 West 155th Street, to meet the candidates running for Manhattan Borough President. We have invited all of the candidates running for this office to come and tell us why they are the best candidate for it and how they will tackle environmental racism in our community. THE MANHATTAN BOROUGH PRESIDENT serves as the chief executive of the Borough of Manhattan. They advise the Mayor and act as an advocate for the borough, especially during the City’s budget process. They also weigh-in on land use and re-zoning in the borough, provide grants to local organizations, and appoint members to Manhattan’s Community Boards. Learn More
