Sherrine Cox (she/her) is the Grants Specialist at WE ACT for Environmental Justice. Prior to joining WE ACT, Sherrine served as Senior Grants Manager at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Senior Grants Administrator at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine, Grants Manager at the Center for Healthful Behavior Change in NYU School of Medicine, and Grants Administrator at Weill Cornell Medical College. She brings nearly two decades of operational and financial management experience within academic healthcare institutions, including securing and managing grants from federal agencies like the National Institutes of Health, to this position. Sherrine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management and a Masters in Health Administration from Pfeiffer University.
